I’ve spent the day trying to find a reason to keep on drawing and hardly spotting one to cling at all because of Alik that is always the sweetest sweetheart so… yeah, today is a bad day.
finding a style is always the biggest pain, I’d suggest you to try coping a lot: when you copy your instincts make you change the thing you copy to make it more comfortable for your own way of making things, even if you don’t notice… and so, copying after copying, the true style start coming out. and when you try to make things without using references or just reproducing, you’ll start noticing there are some elements that are taking form.
it takes a while to develop your style fully - it’s been 10 years for me and I’m not completely done yet, despite having set in stone some things about my way to draw things - but the first signs usually show really fast!

Okay, I think I can do that! So I’m guessing that is how most artists practice their anatomy? Or is there an easier way to draw the body the way you want it. (I’m lazy about how to draw the body, so I mostly doodle a bunch of heads in my sketchbook.)
